Arrival at venue. Introduction exploring and experiencing the
surroundings.
Lunch
Walk to the temple introduction by Shri Lalit on Yoga and meditation. Mudrayen and dhayan. Sandhya Aarti at the temple
Day 2
1.Sunrise - Experiencing the magic of the early morning sun and the Blessings of nature.
Aasan, Pranayam , dharana, dhayan aur samadhi
2. Tea/coffee
3. Free time
4. Breakfast
5. Walk to the forest/himalaya view along with a session on Mudrayen and dhyan.
Followed by spiritual discourse or study of scriptures
6. Lunch - silent mindful eating
7. Free time
8. Tea time
7. Evening dhayan and Mudrayen during sunset at the temple. Followed by recital of Shanti mantra and Sandhya Aarti.
8. Soothing music, bon fire , free time.
9. Dinner
Day 3
